Update company details

A range of information is held for each company on the Register. These details (among others) can be:

• details of each company director - full name, residential address and date of appointment

• a number of addresses - registered office, address for service and postal address

As these details change, the changes must also be recorded on the Register.

Changing these details is easy, just follow these steps:

1. Fill out the appropriate forms

2. Attach the proper fee to the form

3. Submit your documents by hand during normal business hours or through the post to the following address:
