Remove a company

Where the Registrar of Companies is satisfied that a company should be removed from the register, he gives public notice of that intention.

The public details about that company will remain visible on the register, but the current status of the company will show as 'Struck Off'.

Note | When a company is removed from the register it is referred to as 'Struck Off'.
