Reregistration forms
Every company (domestic and overseas) registered in Tonga prior to the introduction of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2009 must apply for re-registration.
The six-month transition period starts from the commencement of Schedule 10 of the Act.
Companies failing to re-register within this transition period will be removed from the Register.
