In the meantime, please contact the MLCI directly with any questions on the re-registration process or to check on the status of any registered company as the information shown under company searches may not be up to date.

 

]]> Regular maintenance window to Change http://www.companies.gov.to/cms/customer-support/news-and-public-notices-1/whats-new/regular-maintenance-window-to-change From Sunday, 17th January 2010 the Companies Office will be carrying out the routine maintenance of its site on a Sunday night. This will replace our traditional Monday night maintenance window. doddm Site Highlights Tue, 05 Jan 2010 12:00:00 +1300 For the first maintenance window of 2010 a major upgrade is scheduled. An earlier outage time will occur on Sunday, 17th January 2010 from 4.00pm and normal services should be restored by Monday, 18 January 2010 at 1.00am.

Future maintenance windows will occur during our normal maintenance window of a Sunday from 9.00pm until 11.00pm unless otherwise stated on the day of the maintenance window.

]]> Welcome to the Tongan Companies Office http://www.companies.gov.to/cms/customer-support/news-and-public-notices-1/whats-new/welcome-to-the-companies-office-online The Tongan Companies Register is now online. overens Site Highlights Thu, 12 Nov 2009 14:23:44 +1300 From 1 December 2009 all Tongan domestic and overseas companies are required to re-register. The process is very simple and it's free.

Simply download a re-registration form from this website, complete the details required and submit it to the Companies Office.

Each company has until 31 May 2010 to complete re-registration. Don't leave your re-registration until the last moment, please get in early.

If you don't re-register by 31 May 2010 your company will be struck off the Companies Register.
