Welcome to the Tonga Companies Register
 

The Tongan register is an electronic register available to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The register contains certain biographical information about every company registered to do business in Tonga. You can search the register for current and previous company names and director names in accordance with the specific criteria set forth below.

IMPORTANT NOTE | During the initial six-months after the effective date of the Company Act amendments, all registered companies are required to complete a re-registration form and submit it to the Companies Office. Until the re-registration form is accepted, only limited information will be available on-line about each company. Once the re-registration process is completed for a given company, then a wide range of information will be available on-line for that company. If a company fails to file a re-registration, then that company will be removed from the register as an active entity.
