Using the director search tool you can determine whether an individual is, or has been, a director of a company.

During the initial six-months after the effective date of the Company Act amendments, all Tongan companies are required to complete a re-registration form and submit it to the Companies Office. Until the re-registration form is submitted, only limited information will be available on-line about each company. This limited information will not include director names. Once a company is re-registered, then director information will be available on-line for that company. You can always contact the Companies Office should you require additional information about a company that has not yet re-registered.

How to conduct a register search (Quick search)

Use the filtering option under Quick Search to search by the name of a current director, former director or both. Where a company has been removed from the Register it will not be included in the results list.
