Start a Tongan company

File an annual return for a Tongan company
Your company must file an annual return to maintain its registration. Use this form to provide up-to-date details of your company.

Update a Tongan company

Company amalgamation
Use this form to record the consent and certificate of each new director appointed as part of a company amalgamation.

Remove a Tongan company
To remove a company from the Tongan Register you must complete the following form and send it to the Registrar.
You must also attach written notice from the Commissioner of Inland Revenue stating that the Commissioner has no objection to the company being removed from the register. The applicant must also give public notice allowing for any objective to the removal to be lodged. If no objections are lodged the company is removed from the register.
