The Tongan Companies Register is now online.
From 1 December 2009 all Tongan domestic and overseas companies are required to re-register. The process is very simple and it's free.
Simply download a re-registration form from this website, complete the details required and submit it to the Companies Office.
Each company has until 31 May 2010 to complete re-registration. Don't leave your re-registration until the last moment, please get in early.
If you don't re-register by 31 May 2010 your company will be struck off the Companies Register.
