News Item Changes to fees payable to the Registrar of Companies
On the 13 October 2010 the Companies Regulations 1999 were amended.
News Item Processing delays
Due to a significant number of re-registration filings being received just prior to the May 31, 2010 expiration of the re-registration period, the Companies Office is currently experiencing processing delays.

From Sunday, 17th January 2010 the Companies Office will be carrying out the routine maintenance of its site on a Sunday night. This will replace our traditional Monday night maintenance window.
